Jessica M. Taylor is an entrepreneur and diversity and inclusion consultant. Most recently, she led external engagement initiatives and diversity and inclusion programming across Toyota’s North American operations. Notably, she steered a $4 million global HBCU strategy and national scholarship and internship repository, partnering with organizations such as the United Negro College Fund, Thurgood Marshall College Fund, and Rainbow PUSH Coalition to help students secure financial support and employment. Dallas Business Journal named her one of its 2021 Leaders in Diversity. She also owns Ezra Coffee Co., a specialty and ethically sourced coffee line that celebrates our collective American history. She holds degrees from Belmont Abbey College and Indiana University. Jessica is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., Junior League, and 100 Black Women.
