Beth Myers is the CEO of Girls Inc. of Metropolitan Dallas, one of the organization’s largest affiliates advocating for equity and community service. With 30 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Myers is known for leading innovative initiatives and building successful teams. She oversees a $4 million budget and a staff of 30, working toward a strategic goal of serving 25,000 girls.

Under Myers’ leadership, Girls Inc. aims to improve girls’ economic mobility, reduce teen pregnancy, and achieve gender parity in STEM. Myers’ dedication to her work has been recognized with numerous awards, including being a finalist for the Leadership in Excellence Award by D CEO Magazine in 2021. Prior to Girls Inc., she held leadership roles at the Center for Nonprofit Management and Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and South Texas.
