Marcus Coleman serves as director of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Center for Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships. With more than 15 years of experience, he leads a team focusing on building partnerships to advance equity in emergency management, strengthen climate resilience, and enhance the safety of places of worship.
A FEMA Administrator’s Award recipient, Coleman played a crucial role in disaster responses, including multiple hurricane catastrophes. Beyond DHS, he is involved in civic discourse, serving on boards and actively engaging with national security initiatives.
