Margo Posey

ABOUT
Margo Posey’s career spans insurance, banking, and business ownership. As president and CEO, she is a change agent for the Dallas-Fort Worth Minority Supplier Development Council, and she was instrumental in establishing the Women’s Business Council Southwest. Her efforts to increase inclusion in procurement have led to leadership appointments from the Dallas County Commissioners’ Court, Fort Worth City Council, and Dallas Independent School District Board of Trustees.
Posey serves as chairperson for organizations including Dallas County’s Small Business Advocacy Council and the City of Fort Worth Business Equity Board. Her work has been recognized with the National Minority Supplier Development Council’s Vanguard Award, U.S. Small Business Administration’s DFW Community Partner Award, and an induction into the national Women’s Business Enterprise Hall of Fame.
