Michael C. Hyter serves as president and CEO of the Executive Leadership Council (ELC) — a leading organization for Black CEOs, board directors, and senior executives at Fortune 1000 and Global 500 companies. In his role, Hyter works to increase the number of global Black executives in top positions and on corporate boards.
Previously, Hyter was chief diversity officer at Korn Ferry, where he drove significant revenue growth and integrated diversity and inclusion competencies within board and CEO practices. He’s also an accomplished author with publications focusing on inclusion and career efficacy. Hyter was recognized by Savoy Magazine as one of the most influential Black individuals in corporate America in 2018.
